1. Description of Services

KOREN Receptionists provides AI-driven communication solutions, including but not limited to automated call handling, lead qualification, and SMS-based messaging support ("Services").

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and represent a valid legal entity to use our Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and onboarding process.

3. Communication Consent and SMS Policy (Compliance Section)

By providing your contact information and using our Services, you expressly consent to receive communications from us, including automated SMS/MMS messages, for service-related and promotional purposes.

•Opt-In: Consent to receive text messages is obtained through our web forms or direct interaction. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

•Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. You will receive a one-time confirmation message.

While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that the AI will be error-free or that it will meet specific business results.To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOREN Receptionists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the AI services.

All content, software, and AI models used in providing the Services are the exclusive property of KOREN Receptionists or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

7. Fees and Payments

Fees for setup and monthly management are outlined during the onboarding process. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
